Online Account Access
Establish a UserID and password Go to My Account and choose Establish a USER ID & Password . To receive account information, buy or sell shares, or exchange shares from one fund to another you must create a USER ID and password. To create a USER ID, you will need your Social Security Number and Account Number. Note: You will only be able to access those accounts that you established (opened) directly with the fund. In most cases, you will not be able to access account details on accounts that were established through a broker.
Forgot User ID If you have forgotten your USER ID, Go to My Account and choose I forgot my user ID. Enter the appropriate information in the following fields: . Social Security Number/TIN: Enter the Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number associated with your account . Account Number: Enter your account number from one of the funds you own. This can be found on your account statement . Password: Enter the unique password you have previously established . Click the Continue button or click Cancel if you would like to return to the previous screen
Forgot Password No one but you knows your Password. If you forget it, you will need to go through My Account and establish a new Password. If you have forgotten your Password, and you have previously established a reset password question/answer, you may reset your password by following the instructions below: . Go to My Account and choose Returning User. . Enter your USER ID under "Returning User" on the "My Account" homepage . Click on the "I forgot my password" link on the "Returning User" page . Provide the answer to the Reset Password Question and click Continue. You will need your account number from one of the funds you own. This can be found on your account statement.
Forgot both User ID and Password If you have forgotten your USER ID and password, please call a Customer Service representative between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm ET Monday-Thursday and 9:00 am and 5:00 pm ET on Fridays. Or, you may send an e-mail to our representatives by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of any page on the Calvert site.
Change either User ID or Password Go to My Account and log in as "Returning User." Once you have logged in, click on either "Change password" or on "Change User ID" which appear in the list of functions on the left side of the Account Summary page. You will need the information you needed to set up the original: Social Security or TIN number and account number from one of the accounts you own. You will also be asked for your current User ID or Password.
Problems with account access Please send e-mail or contact our Investor Relations department at 1-800-368-2745, Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. EST.
What you can do online You may view your current account balance in shares, account value in dollars and a listing of your recent transactions and income distributions for each fund owned. Account information is as of the prior business day.
Security measures Calvert uses Calvert is concerned about maintaining the privacy and security of your account information. That's why we require you to use a browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and to choose a Password. To check whether your browser is version 4.0 or higher, choose the HELP option on the toolbar and click on "About ..." If your browser is below version 4.0, you may download an appropriate version.
The security of your online experience will be enhanced with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator 4.06 or higher.
Calvert supports state-of-the-art secure communications. You can only use the Account Access feature if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL support means that electronic messages between you and Calvert cannot be read by outside parties, even if intercepted.
You, too, are responsible for the security of personal account information when using online services. You should never reveal your Calvert Password to anyone.

Account Transactions
Open an account Request an Account Application by contacting your financial advisor, downloading a prospectus and application on line, or calling Calvert at 800-368-2748.
Minimum initial investment to open an account The amounts vary, depending on the individual account. Please contact Calvert at 800-368-2748 or read the fund's prospectus.
Add to account You have five options:
- Make out a check for $250.00 or more to the Fund and write your account number on the check. Please mail the check and investment slip to Calvert, P.O. Box 219739, Kansas City, MO 64121-9739. For investments by Registered, Certified, or Overnight Mail, please mail to Calvert, c/o NFDS, 330 West 9th St., Kansas City, MO 64105-1807. You may also visit Calvert at 4550 Montgomery Ave., Suite 1000, Bethesda, MD 20814 to make investments by check.
- Wire funds from another institution to your Calvert account:
State Street Bank & Trust Co., Boston, MA ABA 011000028 Account # 99037657 FBO Calvert FFC "your name" & "fund and account number"
- Transfer funds electronically via the ACH network from your bank account to Calvert either by calling 800-368-2745 or entering the transactions online by clicking on My Account.
- Make automatic investments
- Exchange or transfer funds from another Calvert account
Exchange shares of one Calvert Fund for shares of another Calvert Fund You can:
- Contact your financial advisor directly to have exchanges made on your behalf.
- Click on My Account and perform the transaction online.
- Call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745 and we'll handle the details.
- You can select to exchange shares automatically
- By mail
Redeem (sell) shares from my account You can:
- Click on My Account and perform the transaction online.
- Telephone: You may redeem shares from your account by telephone and have your money mailed to your address of record or electronically transferred or wired to a bank you have previously authorized. A charge of $5 may be imposed on wire transfers of less than $1,000.
- Written request: Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544 - Your letter should include your account number and fund and the number of shares or the dollar amount you are redeeming. Please provide a daytime telephone number, if possible, for us to call if we have questions. If the money is being sent to a new bank, a name other than that shown on your Calvert account, or an address other than the address of record, your letter must be signature guaranteed.
- Draftwriting: You may redeem shares by writing a draft for at least $250 on most money market funds (a $500 minimum applies on the Insured Plus fund). If you complete and return the signature card for Draftwriting, bank drafts will be mailed to you, printed with your name and address.
- Systematic Check Redemptions: If you maintain an account balance of $10,000 or more, you may have up to two (2) redemption checks for a fixed amount sent to you on the 15th of the month simply by sending a letter with all information, including your account number, and the dollar amount ($100 minimum). If you desire these checks sent to an alternate address or party, your signature must be guaranteed on the request.
- Through your Dealer: Your dealer must receive your request before the close of regular trading on the NYSE to receive that day's NAV. Your dealer will be responsible for furnishing all necessary documentation to Calvert and may charge you for services provided.
Expedite receiving the proceeds of my redemption
- If you already have wire or electronic fund transfer options in place with Calvert, you may call shareholder services at 1-800-368-2745 before 4 p.m. Eastern time and have funds transferred either the next business day, or within 2 business days, or click on My Account and perform the transaction on-line.
- If you do not have wire or electronic fund options on file, you may overnight the proper documentation to Calvert, c/o NFDS, 330 W. 9th St., Kansas City, MO 64105. These transfers can be executed within 1-2 business days after we receive proper documentation. Otherwise, if you call before 4 p.m. Eastern Time, a check can be mailed to the address of record the next business day.
Have my redemption proceeds sent to new address or a third party If the money is being sent to a new bank, a third party, or an address other than the address of record, the request must be made in writing and your letter must be signature-guaranteed.
Transfer my funds in my account to my bank
- If you already have wire or electronic fund transfer options in place with Calvert, you may call shareholder services at 1-800-368-2745 or click on My Account and perform the transaction online before 4 p.m. eastern time and have funds transferred either via wire the next business day, or via ACH electronic funds transfer within 2 business days.
- If you do not have wire or electronic fund options on file, you may overnight the proper documentation to Calvert, c/o NFDS, 330 W. 9th St., Kansas City, MO 64105. The request may also be sent via regular mail to Calvert, PO Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121. These transfers can be executed within 1-2 business days after we receive proper documentation. Please consult with one of our shareholder services representatives beforehand about what documentation may be required.
Make deposits to my account online Provided that you have previously established electronic funds transfer instructions with us, you may click on My Account and perform the transaction online and have the funds debited directly from your bank account.
Change my account information Depending on the information that needs to be changed, it may be done by telephone or it may require a written request or signature guaranteed request. Please call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745.

Change my address Click on My Account and perform the transaction online, call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745, or send a written notice to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544.
Change the name on my account A change of registration form must be completed and returned to Calvert. Each of the current owners must sign and have their signatures guaranteed on the form.
Change or add beneficiary information on my retirement account Complete a new Change or Designation of Beneficiary form. Receipt of a new form revokes any previous designation. The form may be requested via phone, mail, or e-mail.
Change my dividend or capital gain option You can call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745, e-mail a request, or send a written notice to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544.
Change the amount or date of my Automatic Investment Plan You can call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745, send e-mail or send written notice to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544.
Change my e-mail address for electronic reports Click on My Account, log on to your account, click on E-Delivery Signup and enter your new e-mail address.
Close account On non-pension accounts, you may call Calvert and request that a check for your balance be sent to your address of record. To have your account closed and the proceeds wired to your bank, please send Calvert a written request and enclose a voided check against your bank account. If you need further assistance, you may speak with one of our Investor Relations representatives Monday -Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time at 1-800-368-2745.
Transfer ownership of my account A change of registration form must be completed and returned to Calvert. Each of the current owners must sign and have their signatures guaranteed on the form.

Link my accounts for consolidated statements Call or mail your request with all the account numbers to Calvert, PO Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544.
Add check-writing privileges to my account To add the check-writing option to one of our money market portfolios, complete a Signature Card and Authorization for Redemption. This card can be requested by phone or e-mail and mailed to you.
Get checks (or order additional checks) To place a reorder, you may call, click on My Account and perform the transaction online, or write Calvert with your account information and the next starting number for your check order. If you have not yet set up the check-writing privilege on your money market account, you must complete a Signature Card and Authorization for Check-writing. Once the form is received by Calvert, checkwriting will be authorized and a checkbook will be ordered. Check orders take 7-10 business days.
Get an investment (deposit) slip Each time that receive a confirmation of one of your purchases, an investment slip is attached to tear off for your next purchase. You may also call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745 and have investment slips mailed to you.
Get signature cards E-mail or call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745 and have a signature card mailed to you.
Sign up for electronic delivery (e-delivery of reports) Click on My Account, log on to your account, click on E-Delivery Signup and enter your e-mail address and choose the materials you would like to have sent electronically.
